Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Isle of Roses. Due to the delicate and customized nature of our preserved floral arrangements, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All rose arrangements are handcrafted using real preserved roses. Because these products are custom-made and cannot be resold once handled, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
Please email us at isleofrosestci@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the damage
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are issued only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Slight variations in rose color or shape
- Normal differences in handmade arrangements
- Custom or personalized orders
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Orders not claimed or picked up on time
- Damage occurring after delivery or pickup
- Delays caused by weather, couriers, or customs
Preserved roses are natural products — minor variations are expected and not considered defects.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided that preparation has not begun.
Once we begin crafting your arrangement, cancellations are not permitted.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If a refund is approved by management:
- Please allow 3–10 business days for processing
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank and then email us.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for any reason due to the nature of our floral products.
