Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or customs processing.
Once an order is delivered, handed over, or marked as completed, Isle of Roses is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of preserved floral arrangements, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if preparation has not begun.
Once the arrangement process has started, cancellations are not permitted.
