Thank you for shopping with Isle of Roses. All of our preserved rose arrangements are handcrafted in Turks & Caicos with care and intention. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.

 


 

 

🇹🇨 Local Delivery (Turks & Caicos)

 


We currently offer local delivery within Providenciales (Provo).

 

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select arrangements. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

 


Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package, as preserved roses cannot be left in extreme heat.

 


 

 

🇹🇨 Local Pickup (Provo)

 


Pickup is available by appointment.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with the pickup address and instructions.

 


 

 

🌎 International Shipping

 


At this time, Isle of Roses offers limited international shipping due to the delicate nature of preserved floral products.

For special requests outside of Turks & Caicos, please contact us at isleofrosestci@gmail.com before placing your order.


International shipping availability will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

 

Processing Times

 


Because each arrangement is handcrafted:

 

  • Orders require 1–3 business days to prepare before shipping or delivery.
  • During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 


 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:

 

  • Delivery details
  • Tracking number (if applicable)

 

 


 

 

Incorrect Address Policy

 


Please ensure that your address and contact information are correct at checkout.

Isle of Roses is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

 


 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

We will review each case individually and offer a solution where applicable.


We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by courier delays, weather, or handling once the package has left our facility.
